Our shipping services cover worldwide destinations.

Please be aware that we are currently receiving a high volume of orders, and as a result, delivery times may range from approximately 7 to 21 business days.

Please note that business days DO NOT include weekends or public holidays.

Please note that the time frame in the table is only an estimation. As there are many uncontrollable factors in international shipping, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, we can’t make any shipping time guaranteesWe are also unable to offer return for items arrive late.

To determine shipping costs, the shopping cart will automatically calculate them based on your zipcode or postcode.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification containing the courier details and a tracking number.

While we strive to meet these delivery times, please understand that during busy periods, such as sales, there may be slight delays.

It is important to note that Bianka Collection cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels due to specific delivery instructions provided to the carrier.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.

Please Note: We do not ship to PO Boxes.

DUTY & TAX

Customs duties and/or VAT may apply. Customs duties are at the discretion of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Bianka Collection is not responsible for any customs charges or local taxes due to international shipments. Please familiarize yourself with your country’s regulations as payment of these duties may be necessary to release your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

At Bianka Collection, we take pride in crafting our products by hand with love and meticulous attention to detail. However, we understand that perfection isn’t always guaranteed. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days from the order delivery date.

To initiate a return or exchange request, please send an email to contact@biankacollection.com containing the following information:

  • Order number
  • Name of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reasons for the return or exchange
  • If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired size or color
  • Photos of the item(s) being returned
  • Preferred refund method: store credit or refund to the original payment method

We will process your request within 5  business days and, upon approval, provide you with detailed return instructions.

Please note that if you discover any errors in your order information after placing it, promptly contact us at: contact@biankacollection.com with your order number and corrected details. Refer to our order cancellation page for further information.

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for covering all return shipping costs unless our team confirms that the item is faulty. We currently do not provide return shipping labels. When shipping the package back, we recommend using a courier service that offers tracking numbers to ensure both parties can track the shipment’s progress.

Unless informed otherwise by our customer service team, the original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.

CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a refund, all items must be unworn and in their original condition with the original packaging and tags still attached. Any garments that show signs of being worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund. Failure to meet these requirements may result in additional costs for the customer if the return is sent back.

EXCHANGES

If you require a different size or color, we gladly accept exchange requests made within 14 days of the order delivery date. Simply follow the steps mentioned above to submit your exchange request. Once your return package reaches our warehouse, we will ship out the exchanged item(s) within a week.

REFUNDS

You will receive a refund back to your original payment method. Please see the details below:

Original payment method: If you choose a refund to your original payment method, we will initiate the process within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return package. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your credit/debit card account may vary depending on your bank, typically up to 7 business days.

CANCELLATION

If you would like to cancel your order you may do so within 24 hrs of placing your order, because we are dedicated to getting your orders to you promptly we are unable to cancel the order outside of this time-frame as it may already be on its way to you.
